Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order yourself, free of charge, until it has shipped. Open Account, My orders, choose the order and tap Cancel order. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it when it arrives; see Returns & refunds.
Cancelling a return
You can cancel a return pickup until the courier has collected the pieces. The pieces stay with you and no pickup charge is made.
If we cancel
We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price or detail was wrong, the address cannot be served, payment fails, or we suspect fraud. We will tell you and refund anything you paid in full.
What happens after
- Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 7 days.
- A coupon you used is returned to your account if it is still valid.
- Varoz Points used are returned, and points pending on the order are removed.
- Cash-on-delivery orders have nothing to refund.
