Overview
This policy explains how M/s JAISWAL ENTERPRISES ("Varoz", "we") handles your personal data when you use this website, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. We collect what we need to run your orders and the site, and we do not sell your data.
What we collect
- Account: your mobile number, and your name and email if you add them.
- Orders: delivery addresses, items bought, payment status and returns. We do not see or store your full card, UPI PIN or netbanking details; the payment partner handles them.
- Reviews and requests: reviews and photos you post, care service requests, and messages you send us.
- Activity: items you save, search terms and Varoz Points activity.
- Device data: basic technical data such as browser, device type and pages visited, to keep the site working and secure.
How we use it
- To sign you in, take and deliver orders, handle returns, refunds and care services, and give support.
- To send order and delivery updates by SMS, WhatsApp, email or app notification. Offers and reminders are sent only if you have allowed them in notification settings, and you can change that at any time.
- To prevent fraud, keep the site secure and meet legal and tax duties.
- To understand how the site is used and to improve it.
Who we share it with
Only with those who help us serve you, and only what they need: payment partners, courier and delivery partners, our sign-in and messaging providers, and hosting and technology providers. We may also disclose data when the law or a court requires it. These providers may process data in India or elsewhere.
Cookies and similar tools
We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and remember your bag. You can block cookies in your browser, but sign-in and checkout will not work without the essential ones.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above, including warranty, returns and the tax and accounting records we must keep by law. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete your account and data, withdraw consent you gave, or nominate someone to act for you. Write to the grievance officer below. We may need to confirm it is you, and we may keep what the law requires us to keep.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access limits. No online system is completely secure; if a data breach affects you we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
