Where we deliver
We deliver across India to the pincodes we can reach. Enter your pincode on a product page or at checkout to see if we deliver there, the delivery date, and whether cash on delivery is available. We do not ship outside India.
Delivery speeds
- Standard: usually about 5 days after dispatch. The exact date for your pincode is shown before you pay.
- Express: where it is offered for your pincode, the order is delivered faster, with the date or time shown at checkout.
Orders are packed and handed to the courier after payment is confirmed (or the order is confirmed, for cash on delivery). Delivery dates are estimates and do not include Sundays or public holidays unless stated.
Charges
Delivery charges, any free-delivery threshold, Express charges, gift wrap and cash-on-delivery handling are shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay. The amount you see at checkout is the amount you pay for delivery.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you can see the courier, tracking number and each step under Account, My orders. We also send updates by message.
Receiving your parcel
- Someone should be available at the address to receive the parcel. For cash on delivery, please keep the exact amount ready.
- Check that the parcel is sealed and undamaged when you receive it. If it looks tampered with or damaged, tell the courier and contact us within 48 hours with photos.
- If a delivery fails, the courier will try again. After repeated failed attempts the parcel returns to us, and we will contact you to re-send it or cancel for a refund.
Delays and problems
Weather, strikes, festivals and other events outside our control can delay a delivery. If your order is late, damaged or missing, contact us and we will fix it. See Returns & refunds and Cancellations for your options.
