Earning points
- You earn 5 points for every ₹100 you spend on eligible items, shown on the product, bag and order pages.
- Points are credited after the return window ends, and show as pending until then.
- You can also earn points through offers such as photo reviews. The offer says how many.
- Points have no cash value, are not earned on delivery or other charges, and are not earned on points or gift value you spend.
Using points
- 1 point is worth ₹1. There is no minimum to use points.
- Using points is optional and you choose at payment. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the app.
- Points cover part or all of an order. The rest is paid by your chosen method.
Gifting points
- You can gift points to another Varoz account using their mobile number or Varoz ID. The minimum gift is 50 points.
- The recipient needs a Varoz account.
- A gift cannot be reversed, so check the recipient before sending.
- Gifted points do not earn further points.
Returns and cancellations
If you return or cancel an order, points earned on it are removed (or never credited), and points you used on the returned pieces go back to your balance. If the balance has already been spent, we may adjust it against future points.
Misuse and changes
We may cancel points, or suspend an account, if we find fraud, abuse or breach of the Terms of use. We may change these points rules; changes apply to points earned after the change, and we will give notice for changes that reduce points you already hold.
