Overview
These terms apply to your use of this website and to every order you place on it. The store is run by M/s JAISWAL ENTERPRISES, Varoz, Opposite 10 Park Street, University Chowk, Golghar, Gorakhpur, U.p, India, 273001 ("Varoz", "we", "us"). By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
Your account
You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone and codes to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. Give us accurate details, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse of offers or coupons, or in breach of these terms.
Orders and prices
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery and other charges are shown before you pay.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price or description was shown wrongly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order we refund it in full.
- Coupons and offers have their own conditions, validity dates and limits, shown with the offer. A coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.
- We take care that product details and prices are correct, but errors can occur. We will tell you before shipping if an order is affected.
Payments
You can pay by the methods shown at checkout, which may include UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets, Varoz Points and cash on delivery where available for your pincode. Online payments are processed by a payment partner; we do not store your card details. Cash on delivery may carry a handling charge, shown before you confirm.
Delivery, returns and cancellations
Delivery, returns, refunds, cancellations and care services are covered by their own policies, which form part of these terms: Shipping & delivery, Returns & refunds, Cancellations and Care services. Varoz Points are covered by the Varoz Points terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Products and colours
Our jewellery is fashion jewellery. Finish, plating and stones are described on each product page. Screens show colours differently, and handmade pieces can vary slightly in size, weight and stone placement. Plating wears with time and use; see the care notes on each product.
